
The courtyard patio is a sheltered sun trap, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining. Young children will also love the flat lawn and classic Cornish planting.

The light-filled entrance hall with local artworks and reclaimed slate floors provides a calm spot through which to meander.

The main living room is comfortable and cozy. It has beautiful views of the garden thanks to the large bay window, which is a great spot for a morning cup of coffee in the sun.

Getting some work done while you’re here is easy thanks to the dedicated office space in the library, with a large desk, monitor and fast Wi-Fi.

The kitchen doors open straight onto the courtyard patio, so it’s easy to dine inside or out. Throw open the large doors for wonderful brunches, or close things up for a cozy supper.

The kitchen is newly renovated, with English limestone floors, two dishwashers and plenty of counter and cupboard space. It’s large size makes it easy to cook and dine as a group.

The dual-aspect master bedroom has great views of the gardens, and there’s plenty of space – and a dedicated desk, perfect for catching up with studying or writing.

The second bedroom is very spacious, perfect for those needing travel cots for babies.

The third bedroom is serene.

The fourth bedroom has a quirky vibe thanks to it’s dramatic colour scheme.

The shared family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There are a further two shower rooms downstairs, so there’s no queue in the mornings!

The sunroom is surrounded by trees and gardens on three sides. It’s a light and restful spot in the daytime, and a great place for games and movie nights at night.

Our outdoor firepit is the ideal place to unwind after a busy day. Watch the dusk close in beyond the flames, with a gin & tonic in hand.

Tregasso Barn has extensive, mature gardens that are a delight to be in. Beyond the gardens there is also a private meadow, which is great to walk around.

Tregasso barn has a classic Cornish garden. Everything grows brilliantly here thanks to the warm microclimate around Gillan Creek and the Helford River.

The beach down at Gillan is wonderfully clean water owing to the area’s out-of-the-way location. At very low tides it’s great fun to forage for cockles and razor clams – delicious!

Gillan’s calm waters are brilliant for swimming, SUPs, kayaking and sailing. Don’t forget to take a look at the cave hidden in the little beach on the other side of the headland!
