Tregasso Barn sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms, all of which have beautiful views of the gardens and trees beyond.

Upstairs in the main house:

Bedroom 1: super king bed or twin single beds; en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: king bed
Bedroom 3: king bed or twin beds
Bedroom 4: double bed

Annex: the annex is on the ground floor, a few steps from the main house. It has two bedrooms, with super king or twin beds in each, and a shared bathroom.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a large family bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate shower, and two further shower rooms downstairs. The annex bedrooms have an interconnecting bathroom with a shower/bath.

Tregasso Barn has two spacious living rooms. One has a wood burner and is wonderfully cozy. The other is more informal, with plenty of seating and an internet TV. Being further from the rest of the house it is perfect for movie nights and raucous board games. Between the 2 living rooms is the library, which has books and games for all ages.

The large, open plan kitchen-diner has generous counter and cupboard space. There is a large refrigerator, AGA and separate induction hob and oven so there is plenty of space for cooking and dining as a group. 2 dishwashers make it easy to stay on top of the tidying up.

The utility room has a large-capacity washing machine with separate tumble drier and an additional fridge-freezer.

Beyond that is the lovely boot room, with underfloor heating – ideal for storing damp swimming and sailing gear and muddy wellies.

Home working is well catered for, with a large desk and monitor in the library and 3 other dedicated desks (2 in the sitting room and 1 in the master bedroom). There is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house so video calls are a breeze.

Tregasso Barn is ideal for children on holiday as there is a lot of space for running around in and plenty of nature to explore. Up to 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs can be arranged for in advance and there are toddler plates and cutlery available. There are toys, books and games in the library.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. They will love all the outside space and the boot room, which makes a great doggy bedroom. An additional cleaning fee applies. The annex has wooden floors and can accommodate guests and dogs who wish to share a bedroom (no dogs on beds, please).
